Job Description:

1. Ensure the timely and accurate listing of new products, as well as the on-going refinements and updates to listing descriptions, images and pricing. This workstream shall span across the company’s various e-commerce platforms including the company’s own website (Shopify), and other 3rd party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and TikTok Shop).
2. Collaborate with the various departments and teams in the company to create and implement brand-consistent and appealing online promotional materials for e-commerce platforms, e.g. banners, photo collages, infographics and short-form videos.
3. Maintain a strategic overview of key operational policies imposed by the 3rd party e-commerce platforms and ensure that these are carefully reviewed and integrated into the company’s existing SOPs and workflow. 4. Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure that customer service interventions for the platforms, e.g. redeliveries of missing items, collecting back defective orders from customers, are constantly reviewed against the platforms’ policies and protocols.
5. Maintain a strategic overview of the various campaigns and promotional mechanics available on 3rd party e-commerce platforms, and to develop and execute impactful campaigns and promotions that will yield long-term improvements for our e-commerce platforms.
6. Work effectively with the assigned account managers from 3rd party e-commerce platforms to increase sales through the monthly campaign cycles, and also to ensure the company’s long-term interests and strategic considerations are safeguarded.
7. Develop and review SOPs and workflows for the company’s operations and selling activities on the 3rd-party e-commerce platforms.
8. Contribute (as the domain expert on e-commerce) to the company’s continuous improvements efforts to streamline costs and optimize results for our e-commerce operations.
9. Ensure (as part of the operations team’s daily priorities) that time-sensitive procurement activities, e.g. sending of daily orders to the Company’s pool of Suppliers, are completed before the daily cut-off timings to ensure that deliveries and/or pick-ups from Suppliers are able to meet the Company’s service commitments.

• Packing of baked goods into boxes
• Sorting orders for self-collection and delivery
• Supporting cleanup duties to ensure the bakery remains tidy, organised, and ready for the next day's production
• Any other relevant task as required by management

Job Description

· Manage social media platforms

· Setting Sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team

· Identify and explore new market opportunities

· Making analysis about market, competitors and the different trends

· Establishes cordial and mutually beneficial relationship with new and existing clients

· Prepare annual marketing plan, timeline to meet project objective and increase sales

Experience

· At least 3 years of marketing communication experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. preferable in F & B or service industry

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

· Strong working knowledge in F&B with proven track record in Sales

· Relevant managerial experience preferred

· Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with all levels of stakeholder

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

· Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage due to the need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Underwriters to negotiate for a competitive rates for our corporate clients.
• Assess applications & provide quotations according to underwriting guidelines
• Perform checking of applications and policy documents
• Generate renewal listing for renewal review process & review of policies assigned
• Provide quality service & assistance to clients
• Willing to follow up calls and develop existing business with existing customers or new customers

Requirements:

• Entry-level are welcome to apply and training will be provided
