Jobs Responsibilities:
· Pre-screen, sort and distribute all incoming mails and faxes to appropriate Project Supervisors and identify priority issues that require immediate attention
· Review of all contracts pertaining to the company projects
· Responsible for arranging meeting for the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or Site Supervisors
· Handle all documentation of site projects aspects in the company
· Prepare minutes for the meeting, notices, agendas and other correspondences in the department
· General administration support to project team and assisting the project manager in working out the quantities for variations and progress claims
· Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned
· Coordination with various project managers and team members
· Tracking of project activities
· Support Project Director/Manager on invoicing and purchasing requests
Requirements
Preferably with some relevant working experience in construction.
· 1 to 3 years’ experience in Project Admin
· Have been in a project coordinator role in construction environment
· Minimum ITE,“O” Level, diploma and “A” Level or equivalent;
· Diploma holders with limited working experience are welcomed.
· Outgoing with good communication and problem-solving skills for engaging with both internal and external parties to support project-related activities.
· Able to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
· Computer-literate & Microsoft Office skills
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
