• Partner with external sales team to serve customers and deliver a high- level of service.
• Attend to customers' enquiries and support via phone and email.
• Contact new and existing customers to canvass new sales leads.
• Generate product offers, quotations, product recommendations to customers.
• Work closely with external saless team on large project tenders, bids, tender proposals and project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering or related technical education.
• Able to read/interprete technical documentations.
• Knowledge of piping will be an added advantage
• Experienced in backoffice sales support.
• Able to use SAP system or equivalent ERP system.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• AutoCAD skills will be an added advantage.
• Ubi area, 5 days' work week.

• Assist Japanese Manager to liaise with new businesses and potential customers.
• Present proposals to Japanese customers.
• Liaise independently with customers, vendors and suppliers.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers in matters relating to projects, payment, and other sales-related matters.
• Good Conversational Japanese; basic written Japanese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to conduct effective customers’ conversations in Japanese; understand customers’ requirements with clear documentation skills.
• Prior experience in Interior Design, Events and/ or related industries.
• Motivated and able to work under tight schedules.
• Able to work in a team.
