• Diploma, Degree in Marketing / Business or any relevant discipline
• Possess min 3 to 5 years experience in sales or marketing with good track records in working with developers, architectural and designer firms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/ or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.
• Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
• Any ad-hoc assigned as instructed by manager.

Your Role

What Will You Do

• To manage activities involving sea export, sea import, warehousing and trucking.
• To support shipment arrangement and information as and when required.
• To handle all customers’ enquiries and quotations timely and effectively.
