The responsibles of the Senior Payroll Executive includes:

• Coordinate, organize, and verify monthly payroll, including overtime, commissions, incentives, allowances, and deductions for all employees.
• Assist the People Ops team with payroll-related tasks for new hires, departures, and staff movements, ensuring accurate computation and verification of payroll adjustments.
• Conduct thorough checks on payroll data, implementing internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare various monthly and end-of-month payroll reports, including employee payroll reports and variance analyses.
• Manage the submission of statutory payments such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, and NS claims.
• Handle tax-related tasks such as preparing tax returns (IR21) and managing tax clearance processes for departing foreign employees.
• Administer the yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme for Employment Income to IRAS.

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant discipline with min 3 years of experience in handling payroll
• Familiar with payroll system, preferably Workday system
• Exposure and comfortable in high volume transaction environment (500-800 headcount)
