Primary Responsibilities

• Create, update, and refine technical articles based on our wireless transceiver and router products
• Organize technical content such as datasheets and diagrams and make sure they are up to date
• Work with our knowledge base using our hubspot portal
• Make minor adjustments to the look and feel of the knowledge base
• Report to the technical manager, and ensure on time project completion
• Make suggestions and be an active contributor and communicator with other stake holders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally related to wireless communications, networking, or computer science
• 2+ years of experience in technical documentation
• Microsoft office, Google docs or similar software
• Excellent written and verbal communication and writing skills in English
• Experience with chatGpt or other AI tools to generate content
• Meticulous, analytical and enthusiastic in your work
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus
• Knowledge of markup text is a bonus
