• Managing security operation to ensure implemented security technologies and controls are effective and adequate to protect the company
• Manage the arrangement and oversee the implementation of a robust security monitoring program
• Conducting Identifying root cause and remediating of cybersecurity incidents.
• Providing advisory on security threats and vulnerabilities. This includes performing vulnerability scans and analyze results of scans
• Overseeing the development and execution of corporate security awareness and training programs. This includes getting the buy-in of senior business stakeholders which includes securing funding for IT security programs
• Enhancing early detection capability - Driving lessons learned activities after incidence closure to identify potential gaps in security control

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Security / SIEM / Splunk / Incident response. Familiarity with the Mitre ATT&CK Framework and understanding of the techniques for detecting and mitigating security threats will be of added advantage.

Job Description

• Assume the duties of the General Manager in his or her absence.

• Manage restaurant operations and employees to deliver a dependable, high level of service to all guests consistent with company operational standards, workplace policies and procedures – including but not limited to delegation of job tasks, monitoring and supervision of service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in high volume full service restaurant and/or bar

• Possess a comprehensive set of F&B service and operations skills and a focus on great customer service.

• Enjoys problem solving and can think outside-the-box in difficult situations.

• Possess a team-oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications.

• Capable of building and managing relationships with staff as well as key customers.

The Challenges

• Setting up the Commercial Juice Bar
• Crafting a diverse menu of delectable fruit juices with smoothies to align with current health trends by incorporating nutrient-dense ingredients and exploring innovative processing techniques for a contemporary and health-conscious appeal
