-Start working at 3am daily

-Working in coldroom environment

-Loading and unloading of frozen food products

-Picking & packing of products

-Maintain and update inventory records

-Assist stock check and inventory

-Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.

What Do We Want

-Min GCE 'O' Level & above.

-At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management.

-Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude.

-With Class 3 license.

As a Sales Operations and Customer Service Specialist/ Executive, your role is pivotal in leading and developing our Customer Service division. You will drive enhanced customer satisfaction through competitive service levels, meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. Your primary objective is to provide order management and support to the Sales Team, aiming to achieve the organization's sales and profit targets while meeting team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of the sales order process, including sales order collection, reservation, and confirmation.
• Ensure proper administration, documentation, and financial reconciliation of the customer base.
• Co-lead with Ops and Finance the product delivery process to achieve our customer commitments.
• Collaborate on capacity planning with the warehouse.
• Work with the Sales team to develop strategies to close gaps.
• Communicate cross-functionally between internal interfaces and work closely with the warehouse team to provide the best support for the business.
• Generate and compile inventory data to maintain healthy stock levels.
• Track and analyze monthly sales of customers and product categories.
• Monitor and track incoming shipments as per the Open Order Report, including bulk and sample orders.
• Monitor article drops, and shipment tracking, and ensure all pre-orders are fulfilled.
• Adjust the order book according to delivery information and inform customers and the sales team of any delays.
• Deliver reliability and responsiveness to customer requests and complaints.
• Process stock replenishment in SP & FO and support in all PO creations for non-trade purchases, ensuring submission to Finance.

Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience in Order Management, Inventory Management, and Customer Service.
• Industry Experience – Preferably in retail or FMCG Retail.
• Language: Fluent in English + Local Language (if applicable).
• IT: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Sun System/ SAP experience is a plus.
• Mature, responsible, proactive, and a team player.

As an Operations Executive, you will be involved in ensuring the welfare, safety, and care of our beneficiaries in the following areas.

1. Supervise ground operations and manage ground handling staff for appointed airline clients – passenger & cargo.

2. Provide necessary supports required by/from respective appointed airline clients.

3. Manage, motivate, and engage staff by providing an open feedback culture and managing performance on a regular basis.

4. Ensure compliance with all corporate and airline safety and operational procedures to meet/exceed regulatory standards.

5. Maintain, monitor, and report on agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

6. Conduct & report on irregularities, accidents, or complaints as per company’s standard reporting requirements.

Job Scope:

• Provide sales and purchasing support in terms of keying sales orders, preparing sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring paperwork is filed properly.
• Prepare monthly financial and operations reports and analysis.
• Process sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and coordinate on local deliveries and overseas shipments.
• Back up Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable / Treasury functions, as and when necessary.
• Assist on year-end audit and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
• Ad hoc accounts monitoring and other duties as and when required.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting
• Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficient with MS Office application and use of accounting software (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be added advantage)
• Good sense of responsibility and attentive to details
