Desired Skills and Experience:

• Relevant legal qualifications (preferably gained in English Law).
• Minimum 4 years' legal experience gained (preferably) within private practice.
• Experience working on the shareholder/joint venture, construction and operation and supply and offtake arrangements for projects in the energy (and particularly power and LNG) and infrastructure space which have been structured to support a project financing.
• Experience with international clients, development banks/multilaterals and export credit agencies is preferred but not essential.
