• Ability to maintain good project documentation and is familiar with ISO documentation requirements such as Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work Application requirements and procedures.
• Requisition Key equipment and materials.
• Liaise with customer on the installation requirements such as hot work, welding, carpentry work and running of cabling.
• Inform Managers of additional requirements from customer.
• Ensure that jobs are carried out to meet acceptance criteria as per technical / installation manual.
• Assist in preparing the design, drawing and documents for Customer’s technical requirements.
• Assist in developing a complete field support process covering all products.
• Identify and record quality problem related to product or service.
• Carry out responsibility of equipment owner in the handling and usage of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managers and Engineers.

Other information:

• Reading comprehension of technical documents, and work related documents in English.
• Possess good critical thinking and trouble-shooting skill.
• Able to communicate well, both in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge in Computers and Electronics, Telecommunication System.
• Knowledge and experience in Marine Electronics, Offshore industry is an advantage.
• Open to individuals with engineering experience from another field but wants to move into Marine or Naval engineering career switchers who wants to be trained.

Job Description:

• Responsible for commissioning of AGV (autonomous guided vehicles) at customer sites which includes on-site user acceptance tests Responsible for providing high level troubleshooting to resolve issues that are beyond the capabilities of our first level support services from field technicians
• In charge of ensuring performance and reliability of company’s fleet of AGVs, network and customer site infrastructure.
• In charge of providing on pre-sales technical assessments and maintaining up-to-date records of AGV and site configurations
• Responsible for monitoring the health and operations of the company’s fleet of AGVs and proactively engage to resolve faults before they impact customer operations.
• Taking charge of responding and providing technical guidance to customers regarding operational issues, software updates and general maintenance
• In charge of contributing to the development of instrumentation and automation for monitoring, detection, and self-healing of failures as well as creation of user manuals, customer guides, FAQs, application notes and best practices.

Job Requirement:
