As a People Operations Intern you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience throughout our employees (referred to as Wisers) lifecycle by supporting our team members to excel at Wise.

• Prepare any required documentation for our Wisers (e.g. employment agreements, references, visa invitation letters, etc.)

• Support our Payroll team with any documentation needed to process changes (e.g. joiners, benefits, etc.)

• Maintain the team’s content on Confluence (our intranet) so that Wisers can access correct information at any time

About the role

As Head of Product Programmes, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a portfolio of products from point of transfer to start of production. You will oversee multiple project teams, supporting with technical guidance and ensuring that the Home category has the right people, with the right skills, equipment and facilities to deliver our future products.

This role is based out of St James Power Station to be close to the Home Business Unit and the NPD leadership team, reporting directly to the VP Home. Regular travel will be required to China (or any other location that our future development partners are) to ensure smooth delivery of our portfolio and building relations with our new development partners. Travel to GDC will also be necessary where technologies/features may be under development in the NPD team and to oversee ongoing sustaining work for existing platforms.

Accountabilities:

• Manage delivery of all projects from transfer to start of production.
• Work hand in hand with the BU to align on product roadmap for the robot category. Agreeing on product specifications based on time, cost & technology/feature roadmaps from our NPI team and external partners.
• Deliver all agreed robot projects with the BU on time, cost spec & quality.
• Propose the delivery model and suggested partners for the delivery of all projects on the product road map.
• Lead the internal development of features & technologies from NPI transfer to suitable transfer to 3rd parties using the NPD teams.
• Develop a team fit for delivering the robot product roadmap using the new Dyson Delivery Model taking consideration into location and skillsets required.
• Line management of all NPD Home Design Management, Project Management, and Product Engineering resource.

• Controls input to all Dyson milestone reviews from transfer onwards.
