Working hour:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm (x1-2 times based on duty roster)
Duty allowance:
*$250 for working on Saturday and $300 for PH on weekday.
*If PH falls on Saturday, duty allowance remains at $250 and will be compensated with 1 day of PH-In-Lieu
Job Description:
Customer Service
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
• Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails and phone calls
• Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
• Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
• Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
Purchase Operating Control
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
• Stock allocation
• Liaise with internal Customer Service Team and Business Development Team on stock availability.
• Check lead-time, expedite deliveries by suppliers and update system in a timely manner.
• Liaising and follow up delay with stakeholders
• Liaise with various parties on cancellation, lead time and expedite request.
Others
• Assisting the supervisor with daily operation / activities.
• Provides guidance to junior team members.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma holders and above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in managing junior staff members
• Possess a service-oriented mindset and self-motivated attitude
• Team player, has initiativeness and able to work with minimum supervision
• Meticulous and organized
• Able to multi-task and work in a high volume and fast-pace environment:
• Proficient in MS Office
