Assistant Manager/Manager, Communications

• Working Day: Mon to Fri
• Working Hours: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm
• Location: Commonwealth
• Salary: $4500 - $6000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage the internal and external communications activities of the Church.
• Serve as communications counsel to the various ministries as they seek to effectively reach and communicate with various communities.
• Oversee & grow the Church's communication platforms including church website, social media, broadcast channels, etc.
• Manage all communications content that support Sunday services.
• Oversee the production and distribution of corporate gifts for church events.
• Oversee livestream pertaining to Sunday services and events held in Church.
• Plan and manage communications budget, together with Ministry Treasurer.
• Coordinate Ministry meetings and prepare Ministry reports, supporting Ministry Chair.
• Nurture and lead volunteers in the Ministry.
• Participate in church corporate events and relevant meetings.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
• At least four years of relevant experience in a communications role
• Proficient in digital communication platforms and social media
• Knowledge of design software like Photoshop, WordPress, etc.
• Website (WordPress or update), Application (Bulletin), Media (online service like broadcast YouTube)
• Able to help on one or two Sunday services (end at 1:30pm), will be given one day off in lieu.

Job scope:

• Lead warehousing and supply chain teams in managing inventory, warehouse operations, and supply chain improvements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all warehouse operations, including secondary assemblies and transportation.
• Develop contingency plans for process change risks.
• Collaborate with Service Quality and Customer Service Team to manage customer expectations.

• Supervise warehouse assistants to ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Determine opportunities for improvement and maximize productivity.
• Manage SAP system to optimize time management.
• Monitor all deliveries of raw materials for production, ensuring adherence to the FIFO system.
• Prepare delivery orders, lists for packing and assist with incoming and outgoing cargo.

• Manage internal and external audit processes and documentation.
• Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse and distribution areas at all times.
• Handle and adhere to GMP and ISO guidelines, policies, and SOPs.
• Conduct training for warehouse staff on cGMP and ISO SOPs.
• Plan, supervise, and schedule all warehouse staff and their inventory-related tasks.
• Provide feedback or suggestions during and/or after monthly staff meetings.
• Undertake other projects and assignments as instructed or delegated by management and directors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management
• At least 3 years of work experience in a related field.

• Plan and raise production order according to manufacturing process, Sales/forecast order quantity, Delivery date and customer agreement.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of working experience as Planning role with Manufacturing experience
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably with Secondary processes & Metal Injection knowledge will be an added advantage
