As an Admission Manager, you hold a crucial role in representing the organization, providing accurate and timely information about the curriculum to potential parents and students.
Your duties include building relationships with both prospective and current customers via calls, emails, and centre visits, ensuring an exceptional enrollment experience.
Collaborating closely with the Centre Director you'll strive to surpass monthly enrollment targets.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit new students through various activities like centre visits, campaigns, and information sessions.
- Advise parents on academic program selection for current and prospective students.
- Offer precise curriculum information to potentials.
- Cultivate new contacts and sales leads to meet targets.
- Understand industry competition and trends to devise effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support recruitment activities and objectives.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.

Our ideal candidate:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Has at least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in education.
- Can work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
