- Collaborate with various departments and regional offices, with a particular focus on the APAC region in developing and implementing security policies, conducting security assessments, and responding to incidents.
- EDR Monitoring and Operation Support.
- Monitoring of security alerts and ensure timely escalation and response to potential threats.
- Implement effective isolation strategies for detected threats to minimize impact.
- Serve as the primary liaison between regional companies and the CrowdStrike security platform.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Ensure a swift and efficient response to security incidents, maintaining 24/7/365 availability as required.
- Conduct regular information security training sessions for employees to promote awareness and best practices.
- Develop training materials and ensure they are up to date with the latest security threats and mitigation strategies.
- Perform information security assessments for regional companies within the APAC region.
- Travel to regional offices as necessary to conduct on-site evaluations.
- Coordinate and execute the annual cyber hygiene program for all regional branch offices.
- Conduct thorough inventories of assets, ensure proper privilege management, and implement other relevant security measures.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience with security assessment and incident response.
- Preferable familiarity with the CrowdStrike security platform.
- Experience with a SIEM or similar security management tool.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the APAC region.
- Proficiency in the Japanese language is preferable to communicate with Japanese partners, but not essential.
- Able to standby for incident response on a 24/7/365 basis.
- Must possess CCFR (Certified Cyber Forensics Responder) qualification or willing to take the course.

• Provide HR support to execute the Talent priorities for the group. These range from recruitment, Employee Engagement, Compensation and benefits management, performance

management and Learning and Development

• Work with the HR Head to deliver the full range of HR services to the business

• Assist in the timely implementation and execution of talent processes

• Assist in managing employee relations issues (grievances, performance related issues, termination of employment, etc.) in conjunction with the Management and head of offices

• Ensure risks relating to employees, HR policies and practices are mitigated through appropriate actions and robust control mechanisms

• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant local legislation and employment law

• Responsible for administration of the HR Management system, in the upkeep of data, reports, leave management and HR processes- troubleshooting, configuration and facilitation

• Regulatory reporting to MOM and responsible for all MOM-related transactions: Work Pass applications, cancellations etc.

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of demonstrable work experience in a HR generalist preferably in a regional or global role.

• Previous experience in assisting with the management of employee relations issues

• Strong client focus and proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, interpersonal skills, Strong MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills

• Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment

• Well-developed organizational and project management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle claims, specifically H&M, P&I, FD&D and LOH.
• Prepare all reports e.g. Monthly Claims Report.
• Renewal preparation including reviewing claims and underwriting data.
• Liaise with brokers and underwriters as required.
• Handling insurance related documentation.
• Responsibility for checking and processing insurance related documentation.
• Provision of timely statistics and reports as required.
• Provide budgetary updates to Fleet Managers and Accounts Department.
• Liaising with third party vessel managers on day to day operational matters.
• Liaise with departments over the renewal of non-marine insurance policies.
• Provide support and enhance inter-departmental processes.
• Actively participate in the development of the quality management system and engage in the process for the continuous improvement of departmental procedures.
• Actively participate in insurance related operations in accordance with the company's strategies.

• Hands on experience handling marine claims H&M / cargo / crew
• A degree or diploma in Maritime Law would be an advantage.
