The Workstream Change Consultant is responsible for supporting the organisational change management activities within a specific functional stream as part of a strategic business transformation program - OneERP+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Workstream Change Lead to ensure Change Management plans and activities appropriately address country specific needs and differences. Change artefacts and activities are actionable and measurable (this includes e.g. change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, change delivery plan, communication plans, change readiness assessment, training, business readiness tracking, resistance management plans).

Job Requirements:
