Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Sr: 5+ /Staff: 8+ years of strong *hands-on* programming experience using C++14 (not C-style C++) in linux environment
• Hands on technical leadership experience leading software engineers and setting technical direction
• Strong understanding of computer systems, multithreading, networks, and performance optimization
• Experience architecting and developing large-scale software systems
• Strong written communication skills and intermediate English skills
• Passion and curiosity for quant trading and cryptocurrency markets

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Site Inspections: Perform thorough site inspections of building façades to assess their safety and structural integrity. Identify any potential hazards or deficiencies that may compromise the safety of the building occupants or the public.
• Follow-Up with Building Owners: Collaborate with building owners to address any identified issues or concerns regarding the safety of their building façades. Provide guidance and recommendations on necessary measures to rectify any safety deficiencies.
• Develop Policies and Regulations: Work closely with industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies to develop and implement new policies, regulations, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety standards of building façades.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform policy development.
• Enhance Safety Initiatives: Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety culture surrounding building façades. Provide education and training to stakeholders on safety protocols and compliance requirements.
• Research and Development: Conduct research and development activities focused on advancing façade inspection technologies. Explore innovative approaches and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of building façade safety assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Prior experience in building inspection, construction management, or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to building façades.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Responsible for the electrical design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authority and Client’s approval.

Job Description

• Support development of new methods, capabilities and technology to improve engine overhaul processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through new methods, capability development or acquisition.
• Capture operations needs and match capabilities and technology acquisition or development.
• Conduct feasibility and initial savings study to justify development/acquisition
• Validate developed or acquired methods, capabilities and technologies to ensure initial requirements are met and savings expectations are achieved
• Manage vendors or research groups to ensure capability/technology developments meet current or future requirements
• Plan and manage activities, communicate status to relevant internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering (Candidates possessing both Diploma certification and relevant experience will be considered)
• Ideally 5 years’ experience in similar job role. Applicants with less experience (including fresh graduates) but have relevant skills and experience may be considered
• Experience with industry 4.0 technology integration is an advantage

• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues.
• Determine any non-conformances on works
• Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
• Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame.
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
• Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site
• Supervise installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site by supervisor /client

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project/construction environment
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work
• Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
• Required to have at least 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover construction experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and deploying functional networks which include LAN, WLAN, WAN
• Responsible in monitoring network performance and integrity and resolving issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
• Responsible for planning out network installation and/or upgrade project, assign milestone tasks to support personnel and meet company deadlines for full implementation,
• Responsible for creating, overseeing and testing security measures
• Responsible for mentoring junior team members

Requirements
