· Preferably 3 years working experience in Plumbing /Sanitray Works and Gas Installation.

• Recognised Degree with at least 8 years of working experience in customer / patientservice operations, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity

• Experience indeveloping, evaluating and conducting service training is essential
• Strong command of English language and a second language

• Adept in conflict resolution, data analytics and presentation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team, ensuring proper organization and coordination.
• Plan, recruit, and train project engineers, designers, and drafters as needed.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.
• Assign qualified project personnel to each project and ensure compliance with project quality plans.
• Manage project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Approve purchase requisitions and invoices promptly for timely procurement and payment.
• Control project costs and cash flow to maintain profitability.
• Obtain approval for additional project works through Variation Order Requests.
• Ensure project objectives, such as on-time delivery and cost control, are achieved.
• Report challenges to the Managing Director and seek timely resolution.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with the project team.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.
