PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsible as fronting account manager of Japanese buyers of Long Term Contracts Management (LTCM) managed LNG contracts, including strategizing communication and managing relationships effectively.

Under the direction of GM, implementation, management and commercial negotiations as required of LNG sales contracts with Japanese buyers as fronting account manager, including building strong relationships and effectively communicating in fluent Japanese.

• Support GM in establishing commercial strategy in relation to LNG sales contracts of Japanese buyers with a full understanding of risks and values inherent in the overall LNG value chain.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending solutions to drive value.
• Develop long-term partnerships by ensuring client satisfaction and fostering loyalty through regular engagement and proactive problem-solving.
• Develop and execute territory plans, sales strategies, and forecasts to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions.
• Actively participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and build professional networks.

Skills and experience required

• 5 years of proven sales experience in SaaS, technology, Payment industries, with a focus on mid-market accounts.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and with the ability to balance new business development and account management.
• Ability to generate own leads and market mapping and cover the full sales cycle with minimal supervision
