• Perform daily the Replenishment & Allocation from WW WH and from local WH to stores. For SAP, we repeat the process for all countries
• Monitor constantly Store Capacity vs Stock on hand. Actively collecting data from stores and keeping updated the capacity data for all SAP stores.
• Check the Target stock level vs OH for all SKUs and all stores constantly, to make sure that TSL is in line with latest sales performances.

The successful candidate will be driving supply chain projects together with the leadership teams by providing project management methods and developing extensive project documentation while ensuring strong communication flow throughout for 2 major projects - warehousing and logistics (transition of carrier).

• 6 months contract for a maternity cover, NO conversion/extension
• Basic salary only
• Work days/hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm, hybrid work model
• Location: Central region

The Job:

• Identify project steps, and milestones, and assess requests
• Take the lead in defining scope, budget, and risks
• Produce project deliverables and coordinate teams
• Manage UATs, monitor KPIs, and address risks
• Evaluate on-time, in-full project delivery and long-term benefits
• Conduct post-mortem and handover
• Create and manage project governance
• Performance objectives include: timely project milestones, budget adherence, effective scope management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, relevant action plans, and key artifact generation

The Talent:

• Minimally 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain project management, preferably in FMCG/e-commerce environment
• Strong skills in project management tools and Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Index Match)
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders locally and regionally
• A problem-solver, meticulous and good time management skills to meet tight deadlines

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager/ Supply Chain Senior Manager (Transformational Projects) to manage a team of project planning to developing a business challenge for each project. You will work with stakeholders and to provide solutions to support company's growth. To negotiate project implementation costing and financial to ensure efficient within budget.

What Will You Do

· Support supply chain systems & processes, with a strong and proven background in supply chain planning

What Do We Want

• At least Degree & above in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business/ Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 7 years & above of relevant working experience in Transformational Projects in FMCG / Pharmaceutical/E-commerce/B2C industry
• Experience in planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience in leading and developing top performing teams
• Strong experience in supply chain systems & processes
• Good communication and strong stakeholders management skills
• Have certifications in Production and Inventory Management or Project Management Professional or Projects in Controlled Environment or others.

The Job:

• Establishing and setting robust sourcing strategies and KPI’s, with clear communication to the functional procurement team as well as towards the regional operational leadership
• The nature of the role requires deep understanding of tech industry market dynamics, schedule and volume synergies, financial drivers, value of intelligence as well negotiation tactics, decision making and people management
• Continuously promotes to improve cost, quality, schedule flexibility and risk profiles
• Collaborate and ensure smooth communication with cross- functional teams, including engineering, finance, manufacturing, and quality

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor’s degree or equivalent discipline. Master’s degree seen as a positive
• 12 years of working experience in a SCM role; 5 years team management
