Job Purposes

The Executive / Senior Engineer is responsible for overall administrator and management of

Maintenance Management System (MMS) and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of

maintenance activities of Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) Group. The core focus of the job will be

ensuring proper configuration and maintenance for MMS and analyzing maintenance performance data,

Job Description

As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Accounts & Sales Support Executive to support our expanding Sales team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of working experience in similar role. We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

In this role you will:

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

· Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

· Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

· Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

· Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

· Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

B. Accounts:

· Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

· Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation etc.

· Prepare monthly financial and management reports for management.

· Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger;

· Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

· Support audit and tax queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

· Basic accounting skills.

· Computer skill such as MS Office.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists day-to-day operation by picking up the phone calls/email/walk-ins/ticketing system to understand user’s enquiries/request, provide IT support and perform troubleshooting or escalate to the relevant PIC, or provide alternatives to resolves the cases.
• Ad-hoc duties such as software installation, clone laptops, inventory checks, disposal etc.
• Managing Apple, I-pad devices (e.g., new set up configurations, delete terminations, device broken, lost, unlock device, password reset, software and iOS update etc.)
• Keep records of user interactions and progressions on the case (Call logging)
• Doing Administrative work (example: Filing, preparing paper works, generate report daily, weekly, monthly)
• Any other tasks (included weekend tasks) that maybe assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT or any other related field
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of relavent experience
