• Collaborate with the IT Manager and internal stakeholders to carry out assigned IT support tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless execution of projects.
• Support the Clinical Operations team by engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders and addressing diverse requirements and perspectives to enhance patient-centered care and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with users and IT vendors to deliver IT solutions and services effectively.
• Configure and deploy new desktop/laptop computers along with the necessary software, including administration of Windows Active Directory (AD).
• Provide technical assistance to end-users for a variety of technical issues related to devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices) and software such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Manage data protection and cybersecurity operations, ensuring proper setup and maintenance of security systems.
• Maintain IT assets, systems documentation, and software licenses.
• Assist in executing action plans to achieve the company’s operational goals and support the efficient functioning of specialist clinics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant degree qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, end-user desktop support, and IT security implementation and operations.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
• Candidates who can start work on short notice are preferred.

Your main role is to assist the Project Manager and to complement his/her
responsibilities.

1. Ensure all the applications systems remain in good working order.
2. Take on support of new application systems when they become operational.
3. Respond to production emergencies in a timely manner which includes bringing up the server (in a crash) or system processes, fixing problems or finding workarounds.
4. Perform routine checks and to escalate to the Project Manager should any anomaly be detected.
5. Alert and troubleshoot together with other system engineers, database administrator (DBA) and outsourced vendors.
6. Follow through every issue / problem to closure, and complete the necessary documentation as required.
7. Assist users and answer queries regarding the supported operational systems.
8. Interface with the helpdesk agents, end-users and external vendors during application support and problem resolution.
9. Besides application support, you are expected to make some code changes/enhancements that arise from service requests.
10. Follow the technical standards and update the necessary documentation.
11. Report to the Project Manager in tracking and managing the project timelines and resources that he/she has been assigned to undertake.
12. Understudy and undertake the development of new applications and maintenance of any existing systems as assigned by the Project
    Manager.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Candidate shall have at least two (2) years of working experience in the IT or Infocomm industry, with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Good command of English and effective communications skills to interact and coordinate with end-users. This includes gathering user requirements, communicating proposed vendor solution, supporting user acceptance testing, supporting end-user training, and resolving issues with helpdesk agents and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Work effectively as a team member among the system support and application development teams.
• Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must have competency in Project Management tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira.
• You may be expected to be on standby support on weekends / public holidays.
• In the event of scheduled downtime or during a crash, you are required to be in office during off-office-hours to support the systems.
