Understands how to review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions.

Works closely with CBRE and/or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.

Closely tracks all transaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepares commission forecasts and vouchers, and accounts for all savings results achieved on behalf of clients.

Monitors and maintains a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion. Prepares reports and makes presentations to relevant parties.

Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with CBRE's corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest. Resolves landlord and tenant disputes.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Relevant college/university qualification is preferable. Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training.

• Perform the duties of butchers/ cutters and servicing customers when require: (Wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of meat. Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter.
• Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef and poultry, to prepare meat in cooking form. Shape, lace, and tie roasts, skewer, and twine).
• Monitor store inventory & manage food quality.
• Planning on weekly staff duty roster.
• Supervise butchery operations, cash flow and handle petty cash payments.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Safe Handling and maintaining of butchery machinery equipment eg: bandsaw/ meat grinder

Requirements

• At least 2 year related work experience
• Enjoys interacting with people and servicing customers
• Possess good communication skills
• Able to lead, manage and motivate outlet staff
• Is matured and shows good leadership skills

The Successful Applicant

• About 8 years of experience in software sales within government projects
• Track record in closing deals within 7 figures and above.
• Extensive network and relationships within the ASEAN Government bodies and IT Ecosystem
• Strong familiarity within digital government initiatives and transformation roadmaps
• Ability to work in a fast paced & fluid environment
• Comfortable to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
