One of the world's leading manufacturers in the semiconductor industry is looking for a HR Manager to specialise in compensation & benefits as well as learning and development.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director, managing a team of 6, the HR Manager will be overseeing and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate regulations in the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) function, benchmarking compensation to stay competitive, managing annual merit increases and appraisals, proposing competitive salary adjustments, executing bonus plans, participating in annual budgeting, staying informed on market and regulatory changes, developing HR procedures, liaising with HR-related committees, and driving continuous improvement and HR projects within the organization.
In addition, the HR manager will oversee the training and development needs of employees to enhance overall skills and career development with the aim of attaining business objectives.
You will be required to source, recommend programs and identify training needs analysis using the competency model. You will act as an internal consultant to build and facilitate the implementation of learning and development solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum Degree holder preferably in HR Management.
- Min. 3 years in managerial capacity and preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, C&B analysis and training related function.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel.
