• Strategic sourcing & procurement, supplier qualification, commercial negotiation and ordering of electronics components, such as IC chips, active electronic components, passive electronics components,etc
• Evaluated quotes with internal stakeholders / users / internal customers for suitability and resolve any questions or issues
• Evaluate and process purchase requisitions (PRs), quick RFQ, scheduling, process / issue Purchase Orders, monitoring / following up delivery, expediting delivery with suppliers or forwarders, ensure shipment schedules timely delivery are updated in ERP database and Purchase Orders closure in ERP database

Requirements:

• Atleast 5 years of procurement experience in the electronic components distribution industry
• Good relationship with the semiconductor industry's traders, EMS, OEM
• Familiar with the process of the electronics components distribution
• Good understanding with the supply chain management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
• Proficiency in HR and financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
