Day to Day Activities

• Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial well-being and support key compliance areas, including statutory audits, corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.
• Provide guidance to Finance Executives and Associates by coordinating tasks and addressing inquiries.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, including preparing accounting ledgers, journals, schedules, and financial statements for internal and external requirements.
• Oversee bank and intercompany reconciliations, intercompany billings, and recharges while investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Job Description:

- Produce monthly, quarterly and year-end financial and statutory reports, including consolidation of financial statements and budgeting

- Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards

- Assist in preparation of quarterly SGX announcements

- Liaise with auditors and tax agents

- Any other duties assigned by manager

Requirement:

- 2 years of audit or commercial experience

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management reports, analyse variances between monthly budget and actual results
• Perform accounting and administrative tasks related to processing of the accounts receivables, accounts payables, internal billings, journal entries
• Receipting of government grants and all monies received
• Expenses & claim administration
• Monitor cash imprest, cash disbursements, cash advances and credit card transactions
• Administration and disbursement of donations-in-kind, including gift voucher
• Prepare of annual operating budgets
• Prepare financial and statistical reports for all government subventions
• Assist with liaising with auditors of statutory and special audits
