Primary Objectives of Position

To be involved in all aspects of accounting and oversees the day-to-day activities of the accounting team. Requirements:

Min Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance

Proficient in MS Word, Excel & any ERP accounting software

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Ability to work in a dynamic environment

Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

Knowledge of Mandarin is essential to handle queries and feedback to the Chinese investors

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting process, including but not limited to:

Financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and budgeting.

The accountant will ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilitis:

• Handle full set of accounts include preparing audit schedules and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.

• Issue payment and monitor cash flows

• Payroll processing and CPF submission.

• Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation.

• Quarterly GST submission

• Monitor & tally inter-company transactions if any.

• Prepare Proforma Invoice / Tax Invoice, Delivery Order
