Responsibilities:

Software Technical Services:

1. System software maintenance: Routine maintenance, installation, upgrades of Windows operating systems; using guides and configuration services,and system image creation and maintenance；
2. Application Software Services：OFFICE series software; IE series software and other business software systems installation, maintenance, and upgrades；
3. User Guidance Services：Resolve client issues with commonly used software operation, hardware problems encountered, and provide basic training；
4. Virus Protection Maintenance：Installation of antivirus software, updates for antivirus databases, and removal of viruses from client terminals；

Hardware Maintenance Content

1. Hardware installation, debugging, network configuration, peripheral installation, and driver installation；
2. Detection, localization, and troubleshooting of hardware faults；
3. Providing hardware repair and delivery services；
4. Ensuring stable operation of hardware (hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.) through routine maintenance to extend hardware lifespan；
5. Providing irregular guidance and training on hardware usage, software operation, and internet use based on customer needs and actual conditions to enhance customers’ computer skills and efficiency；
6. Assisting in the numbering and registration of existing equipment, and compiling statistics on maintenance rates and costs；

Network Issues

1. Terminal network connections；
2. Terminal network troubleshooting；
3. Network connections and troubleshooting from switches to terminals；

Helpdesk Service Content

1. Handle tickets assigned by the Call Center and complete them on time；
2. Address other Helpdesk tasks as per the client’s work arrangements；

Basic Requirements

1. Physically healthy and passed health examinations；
2. Familiar with various Windows operating systems and computer hardware (desktop computers, laptops, etc.)；
3. Familiar with general network hardware and capable of performing basic troubleshooting and configuration tasks；
4. Familiar with the configuration of various application software；
5. Possess a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with one to two years of relevant work experience.
6. Good customer communication skills and the ability to plan and organize work.

Job Overview

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing wire transfers transactions, processing payments, and ensuring that all settlements are conducted accurately and efficiently. Besides, he/she also do financial analysis, reporting, and day-to-day financial management tasks.

Sales Administration / Support

• Process Customers’ Purchase Orders by raising Customer Order Processing (COP) forms and performing stock reservations.
• To raise and issue purchase requisition of equipment, spare parts, and accessories required for projects and ad-hoc orders and submit for approval.
• Correspond with customers, manufacturers, vendors and suppliers via email/phone for shipment status.
• Responsible for expediting the receivables and deliverables of ordered goods and identifying ordered equipment to prepare material take-off schedule for orders.
• Coordinate, liaise, and work with the Warehouse and Logistics Department to ensure that goods are packed and delivered on time to customers.
• Attend to customer inquiries (via phone/email) for prices and stock positions or customer complaints (e.g., invoice disputes) and ensure necessary actions are taken and followed through.
• Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in drafting proposals and quotations to customers.
• Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) collating multiple variations for projects for price negotiation with customer(s).
• Ensure that all filings are in order.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Sales / Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s).

Marketing Communication

• Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in organising and/or coordinating events e.g. Trade exhibitions, road shows, new product seminars, etc

Requirements:

The Warehouse staff in a GDP and GMP secondary assembly area shall work closely with the warehouse team to maintain proper storage conditions, handle products safely, and adhere to GDP and GMP requirements to ensure product quality and integrity. The key responsibilities shall include below:

• Receipt of Products: Receive incoming products and verify the accuracy of shipments against customer pre-alert and provided details. Inspect incoming products for damage, contamination, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensure that all received products are properly labelled, tagged, and stored in designated areas.

• Storage and Handling: Store products in accordance with labelling specifications, ensuring proper temperature control and segregation of materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of products.

• Pick and pack for Outbound processing including Pick and pack products in accordance to customer instructions.

• Secondary Assembly: Perform secondary assembly operations on pharmaceutical products based on customer requirement.

• Inventory Management: Work with the warehouse team and perform regular inventory counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.

• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor warehouse operations and report any non-compliance. Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed to address non-compliance issues and improve warehouse processes. Participate in execution of quality management system such as change control, risk assessment, CAPA handling and other elements of QMS as may be assigned.
