As a Technical Business Analyst, you will actively participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology, from project initiation through requirements gathering, development, implementation, and post-implementation review. Your role will encompass the following key areas:

• Collaboration & Communication: Liaise extensively with external and internal clients, as well as vendors, to understand and address project needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Must have experience in the banking industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with good exposure to testing. Experience in a Java environment is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL, Linux, system analysis, and UAT testing.

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform daily routine inspections of front-of-house areas and back-of-house plantrooms to ensure all essential services are in an operational readiness state.

· Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for defects rectification works

· Ensure execution of preventive / predictive maintenance to identify and prepare equipment for maintenance before breakdown.

· Response to system breakdowns, attend to and resolve operational issues relating to lighting, fan, power, water, etc for safe environment for guests, staff and living collections.

· Perform in-house maintenance work including no load testing of standby generators and quick fix of building repairs, painting and carpentry work.

· Maintain proper inventory of store items for electrical, sanitary and plumbing, painting, carpentry, and hand tools.

· Monitor utilities consumption and establish baseline consumption for the park.

· Ensure safe working conditions through taking corrective actions to maintain equipment and process within safe operating limits.

· Maintain records of all equipment lists for machines, pumps, aircon, fire protection, etc for the park.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
