• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Estimated commencement of work in October 2024

Job Requirement:

• ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate
• Minimum 5 years working experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Preferably with experiences in Institution projects.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, investigate and manage daily application issues/incidents
• Perform query jobs, generate data statistics and reports
• Perform system/issue monitoring & tracking of resolution through incident management system
• Work with cross functional teams (application development, infrastructure team) for incident investigation and follow up.
• Perform application deployment, support post deployment and post maintenance verification activities.
• Perform project documentation and document base-lining.
• Administration of application configuration, user account, and support audits activity related to this.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computing Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in IT Operation, application support and end user management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written & spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Structured query language (SQL).
• Involvement in night support activity (based on duty roster) is required
• Team player and work independently without supervision
