Sales Admin Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to join our Sales team and provide administrative support for sales order processing, purchase order (PO) management, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to use IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System), BC (Business Central) and communicate effectively with the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently using IWMS and BC, ensuring all necessary details are included and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely product deliveries, and proper handling of shipments.
