The Offensive Engineering Analyst will be responsible to conduct vulnerability assessment/penetration tests of Income internal/external web, mobile and web service applications and execute simulated security testing against corporate web applications, networks, and infrastructure. This role will come under the IT Risk and Security department, reporting to the Senior Manager of Cyber Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors to conduct application security/penetration tests of Income internal/external web, mobile and web service applications, leveraging both manual techniques as well as automated tools in order to uncover and report security vulnerabilities that exist and liaising with systems & applications owners on follow up actions.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Company Secretarial Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad spectrum of company secretarial duties, managing VCC companies, undertaking fund administration roles, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

Main Job Functions/Tasks:

· Company Secretarial Duties:Perform a wide range of company secretarial work for our clients in Singapore, ensuring all activities comply with statutory regulations.

· VCC Management:Manage and administer Variable Capital Companies, including incorporation, registration, and ongoing compliance with the Variable Capital Companies Act.

· Fund Administration:Oversee fund administration tasks such as fund accounting, Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation, investor reporting, and liaising with auditors and regulatory authorities.

· Compliance Management:Assist the team in maintaining and advising clients on the proper maintenance of statutory books and records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Meetings Coordination:Convene and facilitate shareholders' and board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and all related documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance, Corporate Governance, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in company secretarial roles, VCC management, and fund administration.

· Experience in fund administration processes, including fund accounting and investor reporting.

· Experience in company secretarial tasks such as drafting board resolutions, share transfers, capital increases, and director changes is highly desirable.

· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

· Chartered Secretary qualification (e.g., CSIS) or equivalent is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The jobholder will work closely with the Team to support the administration and operations of a graduate programme in the School of Accountancy.

Academic Matters

• To be responsible for the administrative management of the Programme, including maintaining course outlines, materials, and the student portal for seamless access to academic resources.
• To manage course scheduling, enrollment registration, and course evaluations.
• To provide classroom support whenever necessary; this may include weekday evenings and Saturdays.

Students and Alumni

• To support activities for students and alumni such as industry talks, team building, networking, community service, and social activities.
• To work with other departments in SMU to support student activities to promote internship and employment opportunities.
• To provide support in the handling of student disciplinary matters.

Programme Directors' Support

• To support Programme Directors in meetings including setting up meeting venue and preparing meeting materials.
• To support travel arrangements for Programme Directors.

Admission

• To support the marketing team on student recruitment.
• To work closely with Programme Manager in maintaining clear communication with incoming students regarding important deadlines, documentation requirements, and programme expectations to facilitate their onboarding experience.
• To manage student onboarding which includes student pass application, pre-matriculation engagement, matriculation, orientation and other activities.

Others

• To support the School in key events and activities

• Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree.
• At least 1 year of substantial administrative experience in educational or public service setting.
• Self-motivated with strong inter-personal and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking and possess excellent organising, multi-tasking, and administrative capabilities.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
