About you

• An experienced DevOps developer with Experience in Azure, AWS or GCP

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the senior management team to manage and liaise with the design team/consultants to ensure high-quality design for themed environments and works.
• Generate creative solutions for design tasks and ensure creative intent is met with functional requirements, constructability, and maintainability.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Industrial Design or equivalent
• 15-20 years’ experience in managing projects and/or design consultancy
• Experienced in design works for themed fit-out and environment, including the understanding of construction detailing and maintenance
• Experienced in themed construction materials and fire safety compliance

CAD Designer

The CAD Designer will be responsible for the production of initial designs, details, shop drawings and arrangement layout drawings for fire suppression systems. He / She will also ensure that the drawings and hydraulic calculations can be finished in the targeted time.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and drafting of the technical drawings for projects, proposal submissions, etc.
• Produce Hydraulic calculation and AUTOCAD design drawing according to the relevant code requirements and the project requirements;
• Preparation of precision technical shop drawings, M&E drawings, working drawings, detail drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD software
• Designing and modifying for project related submissions
• Assist in quantity and dimension measurement

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Create outstanding design across packaging, print and digital platform
• Responsible for the conceptualization and developing artwork, visuals and corporate collaterals (brand guide, catalogue, flyer, poster, packaging, vehicle, e-commercial, digital platform, window display, etc)
• Great at multitasking and able to handle projects simultaneously
• Work closely with other departments to create new/updates on all supporting design collateral.
