• Develop data processes workglows and analytics programs.
• Build Machine Learning algorithms and apply statistical methods to extract insights for Smart Estate applications.
• Extract data from existing Building Management Systems using BACnet and Modbus protocol.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines to transform raw data into analysis-ready formats.
• Maintain and enhance data aggregation and ingestion processes using .NET and Python.
• Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, performance standards, and specifications.
• Perform quality control and regularly report on project status.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Operation team to support succesful implementation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in data engineering across diverse projects.
• Proficient in Python, MSSQL and PostgreSQL programming.
• Strong knowledge of data science and data management.
• Knowledge in BMS communication protocols (BACnet and Modbus) is a plus.
• Experience with Data Management and ETL process is preferred.
• Strong logical and analytic skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

Team Management:

• Ensure staff have the relevant skills and knowledge to perform their duties well by equipping and/or arranging training for them.
• Monitor and review staff performance, provide constructive feedback and undertake disciplinary action if need arises.
• Mediate conflicts between clients and staff and between team members.
• Coach staff on how to resolve potential problems and build rapport with clients.

• Collaborate with external parties to improve clients’ well-being, and advocate for their needs, where necessary.
• Source for and collaborate with external donors and volunteers to support clients’ home maintenance/improvement needs.
• Co-organize and support funded activities.

Supervisor:

At least 2 years of working experience in the building construction industry/project site work

· Prefer Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate holder
