Asia Pacific Oncology Drug Development Consortium (APODDC) was formed to foster education and collaboration between key stakeholders of cancer drug development within the Asia Pacific region, thereby improving treatment access to patients. APODDC drives regional activities in collaboration with institutions in the region and industry partners.

ATORG and APODDC operate centrally under the Clinical Trials and Epidemiological Sciences (CTE) division in National Cancer Centre Singapore.

The Senior / Executive will mainly organise events for ATORG and APODDC . Job Description

- Comprehensive understanding and application of planning & building regulations.

- Checking of drawings for compliance to planning & building regulations.

- Interpretation of Architect's sketches and specificatins and CAD.

- Co-ordinating the preparation and submission of forms, drawings and information required by authorities for approval and TOP/CSC, including performing floor area calculations and colouring of submission of drawings.

- Liaising with Consultants on matters of building regulations as directed by the Project Director/Associate/Architect.

- Assist the Project Architect during site inspections on matters of building regulations.

Requirements

- Diploma / NITEC in building drafting (architecture)

- At least 2 years' relevant experience

- Experience with submission procedures and statutory codes and regulation.

- Competent in Revit

Your main duties will include:

- Assist the Principal Investigator in clinical data management and coordination of clinical research for Geriatric Oncology (GO) team and Genitourinary (GU) Oncology team.

- Screen, recruit and follow-up with patients for consent and research procedures.

- Conduct questionnaire and perform geriatric assessment on patients.

- Maintain investigator site files and laboratory supplies, arrange blood sampling and delivery of study specimens.

- Facilitate team meetings and other adhoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Science/Health Science.

- Meticulous, fast and accurate.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Preferably bilingual as you may need to communicate with elderly patients.

- Experience in data management and clinical research will be an advantage.
