RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement projects within the established practice to ensure service delivery and support, meeting availability, continuity, and capacity requirements.
• Translate business requirements into infrastructure design.

Primary Job Function

The Senior Counsel's primary role will be to provide legal advice and direction to all business divisions in Philippines and Indonesia, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics and nutrition. The Senior Counsel will report to the Area Counsel, Asia Pacific.

The Senior Counsel will provide strategic legal support to business divisions, assess legal risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Scope of Work

1. Finance Operations & Control

• Support the finance team on day-to-day financial reporting activities in an effective and timely manner.
• Assist with the preparation of business unit/ division budgets and forecasts
• Assist with the reconciliation of staff & travel expenses claims, ensuring adherence of expense policies & compliance
• Assist with monitoring of AR & AP ageing
• Handle statutory financial reporting including audit and local legislative requirements on a timely and accurate basis
• Assist with the preparation of Quarterly GST filing

·Knowledge in M&E and able to identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
