● Assist in the control of Food & Beverage divisional expenses by educating outlet on proper chemical

usage, equipment handling, breakage costs and safety issues

● Perform physical job duties in emergency situations

● Attend regularly scheduled departmental and interdepartmental meetings

● Engage with Team Members periodically with regular 1-1’s. Assess performance, career progression

and disciplinary action as necessary.

● Other ad-hoc related duties as assigned

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

✔ Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures

✔ Follow all Emergency Response plans on site

✔ Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks

✔ Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times

WORK EXPERIENCE

● At least 8 years in-house or agency stewarding experience and 4 years in supervisory position

● Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety, Fire Safety and Security Policies

● Strong knowledge of chemical usage, proven track ability to teach and train staff for proper handling,

usage & safety issues
