Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare and handle preparation of cold food
2. Prepare and handle preparation of hot food
3. Prepare raw ingredients as per SOP
4. Prepare cooked and partial finished product as per SOP
5. Assembling product as per SOP
6. Food Preparation for Delivery/Catering Guests
7. Food Preparation for quantity ordered by the outlets
8. Packaging of food as per SOP for delivery purpose
9. Ensuring all SOP is well followed by the team
10. Ensuring the yield of product is within range
11. Maintain a high level of hygiene standards
12. Maintain equipment cleanliness and overall kitchen cleanliness
13. Manage Inventory level inside the facility
14. Manage Ordering inside the facility
15. Follow the rules and regulations of the company policy and facility location policy
16. Reports to Chef/GM
Preferred Skills
1. Previous work experience inside Kitchen would be a plus point
2. Chopping/Cutting/Slicing of ingredients (Vegetables and Protein)
3. Familiar with South Asian cuisine would be a place point
4. Willingness to learn
5. High level of initiative
6. Able to work well as a single individual and as a team player
7. Able to lead small teams to achieve Business Goals/Results
8. Food Safety Level 1 is a must
9. Food Safety Level 3 would be a plus point
