Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with departments / divisions regarding staff training needs
• Help organize, develop and source training programs to meet specific training needs
• Help develop training aids such as facilitator guide and handbooks, and PowerPoint

OVERALL OBJECTIVE

The Component Induction Logistician is contributing to the fast turnaround of components received from any aircraft operators or airlines in Asia-Pacific.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Component Induction Logistician is responsible to:

- Perform system dismantle/installation of components

- Performing system receipt of components

- Perform material transactions e.g. PO receipt, movement, despatch and other relevant transactions

- Adhere to safety procedures at all times

- Perform any other tasks/functions assigned by manager

The responsibilities and tasks of the position are not limited to the above mentioned and change might occur in concert with direct Manager.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• To liaise with the Engineering team on software/hardware information including parts drawings for those lifts undergoing Lift Enhancement Program works for both HDB and Private projects.
• To assist in organizing and filing all the data received from Engineering team for Project Engineers to make reference when executing Lift Enhancement Program works.
• To conduct site surveys by taking photos of equipment on site and feedback to Engineer team for their assessment.
• To work with Sales Engineers on the Lift Enhancement Program proposals or quotations for the Customers.
• To assist in the preparation of documentations (e.g. T&C Report, Equipment O&M Manuals etc) requested by Town Councils prior to lift handover.

• Fresh graduate are welcome. Those that has prior experience in lift and escalator design and site working experience will commensurate a higher salary.
