• Minimum 7+ years experience in both design and documentation work for small to medium scale interior projects

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Bach. Degree in Architecture preferred

• Software proficiency requirement: Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite

The APAC Marketing team is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Marketing Manager to own our customer community in Asia.

The Customer Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing marketing programs to drive customer engagement in our core markets, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. This role will work closely with the customer success team and both the local and central marketing teams to support retention and revenue growth goals. Core to this role will be establishing a local advocacy program, activating product launches, and introducing new and innovative ideas on how we engage our customers. In addition to defining your own scope of work, you’ll be working within a highly collaborative team on joint initiatives including customer and prospect events.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Establish and grow a local advocacy program for power users and top-tier brands, developing deep relationships with key customers
• Drive customer engagement and retention by helping customers connect with their account managers

• Create and maintain regional case studies to showcase customer success stories

We are looking for people who:

• Passionate about helping customers grow and excited to own this segment in region
• Approximately 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a customer marketing role or within the technology industry
• Has experience planning and executing marketing plays including webinars and events, email marketing, advocacy plays, setting clear goals, driving the initiative to success and measuring the results
• A team player. The APAC team is highly collaborative - you contribute with your ideas and collaborate on regional projects, but are equally comfortable working autonomously on your own scope of work
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with customers and prospects
• A critical thinker. You make decisions based on potential business impact and are able to make reasoned judgments that are logical and well-thought-out
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a plus

• Planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business.
• Overseeing the staff for the smooth running of the restaurant.

CloserStill Media (CSM) is looking for a Conference Producer for its Singapore operations to produce and deliver the conference agendas covering the latest trends in the industry and featuring the top global industry thought leaders.

THE ROLE:

• Work with Editors, Marketing Managers, Event Directors and the wider team to develop, implement and produce conference content plans for the Singapore Technology events.
• Work with the content, marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for further growth and consider the development of new conference formats & identify potential add-ons to provide incremental revenue.
• Work with the Event Directors, Head of Marketing and management team to set the direction and themes, content strategy for the event.
• Support in the invitation of guest of honours and ambassadors who are present at the event.
• Support the marketing and contents teams to develop relationships and identify influential industry associations and other possible partners.
• Ensure the marketability of conference programmes.
• Liaise with the sponsors regarding the speakers they are providing as part of their packages and ensure required quality of these speakers.
• Speaker contact database management, list management, and development with the support of business intelligence and data teams.
• Oversee and manage the conference and speakers logistics onsite.
• Proof-reading and making necessary amendments to conference programmes on all printed literature and online materials (marketing brochures, show guides, timetable boards, postcards etc.).
• Research important industry topics and keep up to date with industry trends to ensure streams of content are relevant to our audience.
• Identify and recruit appropriate speakers through research, networking, and existing contacts to achieve your target requirements.
• Identify and recruit high quality industry figures who will be able to chair theatres and moderate panel discussions.
