• Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides
• Allocate and able to produce tender documentation and detail drawings
• Able to do presentation of design concept to client with confident
• Able to handle project independently from inception to completion
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Ensure site complies with design specifications and building regulations
• Conduct client meetings and reporting of design progress together with Project Managers
• Able to multi-task and work as an individual or work as a team in dynamic and positive environment
• Work on own innovative to developing new strategies or solutions to achieve time quality and budget milestones

Skills & Experience

• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Retail / Commercial / Corporate Office Interior Design
• A dedicated and responsible individual
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Textile/Fashion Design, Architecture or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral English (to be able to communicate efficiently with clients, consultants and contractors to produce concept design, space planning and presentation)

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate, sponsor and supervise contract service provider to performance work activities

- Adhere to company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, housekeeping and quality

- Plan, schedule and perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities on mechanical equipment and system

- Troubleshoot and attend to abnormalities in support of Operations in a timely manner

- Participate in mechanical equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, then execute corrective and preventive action for continual improvement, this include installation and modification work on existing or new mechanical system.

- Utilize computer base software to document record of work order and equipment history.

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

· Analyse, design, development, testing and support of application software systems

· Analyse source codes, diagnose defects in applications, bug fixes and integrate new enhancements

· Perform regular simple Database Administration tasks, Database improvements and support.

· Implement and support issues related to electronic data interchange (EDI) that uses HL7 or other protocol

· Perform other duties and participate in any ad-hoc projects as required or requested.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Electronic or Computer Science with minimum 1-2 years software development experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Strong technical skills in JAVA, JavaScript, Oracle Database & SQL

· Good experience in UNIX/Linux scripting e.g. shell scripting, awk, csh etc.

· Ability to write accurate specifications / requirement documents

· Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of other programming language, e.g. C, Python etc (an advantage)

· Knowledge of Mirth Connect or other ETL platform (an advantage)

· Knowledge of ULTRA® Laboratory System (an advantage)

· Knowledge of Accell 4GL enhancements and fault correction (an advantage)

· Willing to learn is a MUST. In-house on-the-job training will be provided

To enhance Payment System (RPGLE/400 in IBM AS400);

1. Analyze the user requirements or modifications/enhancement requests;
2. Document in detail the functional and technical specifications; including database design and data conversion
3. Design the work unit, code the program, compile and perform the unit test;
4. Work with the bank users to produce a test plan for testing all functions of the new program modifications;
5. Update all changes done to systems, programs, and operating instruction / Manuals;
6. Train users to use each function of the new or amended application;
7. Advise users on operation and backup procedures so that users can develop or update the user manual.

Roles and Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Perform daily preparation of a full set of accounts (AR/GL), including generating and posting sales and supplier invoices in the accounting system, performing reconciliation and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit statutory reports eg. GST, CPF, IR8A, etc, on a timely basis.

•⁠ ⁠Responsible for accounts receivable/payable and PO functions.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and analyse project costing and variance.

•⁠ ⁠Handle the full spectrum of payroll functions ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Verify and process employees' claims.
