Program Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for consideration, candidates must at a minimum possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Between 7-10 years of full time working experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience within the aerospace sector
• Geographic mobility while on rotation per business needs and ability to travel up to 20% per year while on program

Desirable candidates will also possess:

• Master’s Degree or MBA in Engineering, Finance, Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Passion to gain a deeper understanding of the commercial function and driving success for Aerospace with internal/ external stakeholders, our customers, partners and colleagues
• Ability to lead and deliver on result orientated priorities using strong project management, analytical, time management and prioritization skills

• Assisting the Factory Manager to oversee the operations department include staff supervision, workflow and leave planning, setting up of events and maintenance of vehicles & equipments
• Responsible for product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Respond proactively and resolve and prevent all customer service situations
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
• Any other related operational issues and projects as and when required
• Diploma/Certificate in Food and Beverage
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Maybe required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
