Summary:

Reponsibilities:

• Support the program team to ensure that program activities will be implemented on time, scope and within budget, achieving the related performance objectives.
• Manages all internal delivery, community partners, third party providers (contractors) service delivery, where necessary.
• Coordinating the logistics support, facilities and supporting the administrative aspects of the various intervention workshops.
• Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of the program in the community and provide logistics and marketing support.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments when required including helping out in GIC programmes and events as assigned.
• Fosters a strong working relationship between all stakeholders in the program, including partners/providers, the clinical staff, administration and information management staff.
• Ensure compliance to standards and processes to preserve patient privacy, confidentiality, and the security of health information.
• Project /Secretariat Support -Provide administrative support its workgroups and projects
• This includes but not limited to meeting coordination and working with Project Lead(s) to curate meeting agenda, draft minutes of meeting, follow up on matters arising, and project/programme planning.
• Any other special projects, as and when assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor holder in any major.
• Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
• Preferably possess written, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Position Duties

• Lead and mentor the renewals team, ensuring high performance and a collaborative culture

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help our marketing efforts and drive the positioning and messaging of our products. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, oversee product launches, help enhance brand awareness, and manage online and social content. The role requires a strategic thinker with a very hands-on approach, capable of translating product details into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, evaluating their success and making necessary adjustments for optimization.
• Help prepare presentations, collateral marketing materials, sign & logos, etc for Company marketing purposes
• Assist in designing and managing trade show booth marketing materials

Product Marketing:

• Craft compelling messaging and positioning for our products.

Job Description

• Identify business and sales opportunities in the market through cold calls, sales referrals, networking and prospecting.
• Develop and establish relationships with Architects/Developers/Owners/Consultants/Interior Designers/Builders and Main Contractors for new business and sales opportunities.
• Pitch and present the Company’s products and services to Architects/Developers/Owners/Consultants/Interior Designers/Builders and Main Contractors
• Provide competitive sales quotations and/or complete solutions to clients/customers.
• Attending to pre and post sales enquiries.
• Handle and comply with project tender processes and procedures.
• Identify and suggest to Management new products and product improvements to remain competitive and relevant in the market.
• Liaise with suppliers (local/overseas) where necessary.
• Ensure and oversee completion and fulfillment of sales orders which include but not limited to product sourcing, overseeing installation, attending to post/pre-sales enquiries, etc.
• Liaise with Finance and Accounts department for progress claims, sales deposits and collections of any sales-related monies.
• Collect customers/clients’ feedback and provide suggestions to Management for improvements.
• Provide and present sales pipelines and reports to Management on a regular basis.
• Communicate and work closely with the Management on all sales related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of sales of natural stones and/or tiles and sanitary wares will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Successful sales track record.
• Highly motivated and result-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
