Major Responsibilities:

Outreach & Evangelism

Sales Process

• Driving the up-selling and cross-selling sales process within the account

• End-to-end ownership of the sales to delivery process (feasibility, time, quality, budget)

Financials

• Responsibility for revenue, expenditure, gross profit and complete invoicing

• Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting revenue, gross profit of contracts (existing business) in coordination with account team

• Ensuring capacity management to secure the required Service line tasks

• Responsibility for contract management and controlling (internal and external)

Language Proficiency

• Able to speak and write fluently in Japanese and English (for Japanese speaking customers)

Role Description

Job Description:

• To manage and negotiate pricing, commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers and recommend the most competitive suppliers and subcon.
• With experience in Import-export related transactions affairs.
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.
• Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
• Review specifications and ensure materials ordered meet proper quality standard and comply to contract specifications.
• Maintain and update list of approved suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
• Lead and oversees the procurement team to achieve departmental objectives and professional and career growth of staff.
• Facilitate effective communication between procurement team, internal stakeholders and vendors, to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Procurement Department within the Construction industry.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English & Mandarin speaking associates, clients and customers).
• Capable of working independently with strong negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses excellent problem-solving abilities. Excellent team member, proactive in managing issues and possess sense of responsibility and ownership in his/her work and results.
• Able to work 6 working days on Site.

• Support semiconductor machine after-sales service which include attending service call (24/7 standby), supporting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & installation.
• Support semiconductor machine after-sales service application /process
• Support other machinery equipment activities that are under PCS department
• Support administrative work that is related to the servicing job (Such as assisting in preparing quotation, parts order etc)
• Communicating & provide advice to customer request and/or queries
• Giving technical training to customer
• Promote after sales item, solution business and matching project to customer
