ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Policies Formulation, Operations & Reporting

· Manage capital structure to optimize balance between cost and risk

· Formulate strategies and plans to meet the funding requirements

· Evaluate and structure appropriate financial instruments to achieve an optimal capital structure credit rating exercise

· Monitor and project cash flow inflows and outflows to minimise cost of funding and maximize returns on cash

· Maintain adequate banking facilities to meet projected funding requirements; manage and maintain good relationship with banks and minimise credit spread

Fund Raising

· Plan and manage the fund-raising process to ensure group financing requirements are met on a timely basis

· Lead the review and negotiation of financing terms proposed by lenders

· For the offshore funding, work closely with Legal and Tax with the structure of fund injections, oversee the opening of bank accounts and funds flow.

Debt Portfolio Management

· Supervise loan drawings/rollovers and prompt loan interest payments

Interest Rate/ Foreign Exchange Risk Management

· Identify and monitor the interest rate/forex risk exposure of the debt portfolio

· Assess the need for interest rate risk/forex management and make appropriate hedging recommendations

· Stay updated on interest rate/currencies movements and research/analyse economic impact on interest rate/currencies market trends/outlook

· Developing and implementing strategies and tactics to manage interest/ currency risk exposures which includes transaction hedging and balance sheet hedging

• Handling multiple food orders at one time

• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive

• Dressing order for presentation

• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides

• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner

• Storing all food properly

• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils

• Reordering stock and food supplies

• Monitoring other cooks and team members

• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed

Basic Functions:

- New instrument mechatronics design and control system.

- Technical support and Maintenance for existing instruments.

Duties:

- Design instrument based on the project specification.

- Generate Bill of Material, Schematics and Wiring diagrams.

- Liaise with suppliers on components selection and procurement.

- Carry out In-house system integration, testing and commissioning.

- Create operation and maintenance manual for instrument designed.

- Troubleshooting and maintenance support for the existing instrument.

Requirements:

- Ability to Program and Debug the Automation Systems Control Logic and HMI
(Human Machine Interface), to support the overall control of the equipment and process.

- Good Knowledge in HMI, PLC, Motion Control, and Industry Field Network.

Ability to : Programming (Control and HMI) and system integration.

Knowledge of : HMI, PLC, Arduino, Raspberry PI, Motion Control programming.

Education : Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Software, Bioengineering (or) Diploma with relevant industrial experience.

Experience : Min 3 years in Software development using HMI, Microcontrollers, HW boards, PCBs.
