Duties and Responsibilities

(A) UAT Testing

• Assist in executing test plans and test cases for user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug-tracking systems.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate test results and findings to project stakeholders and team.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving software quality and user experience.

(B) JIRA Management

• Assist in raising and following up with tickets.
• Manage the configuration and administration of JIRA to support project management and software development processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical problems.

(C) Stakeholders Management

• Coordinate with the relationship managers team and clients in resolving client/user login issues.
• Coordinate with banks, operations, and reconciliation teams on any portfolio-related issues.
• Handle user queries and monitor app issues to closure by coordinating with product and development teams.

(D) Training and Content Creation

• Prepare training content and conduct training – bringing awareness to the team.

(E) Access Management of Application

• Coordinate the creation of new access during onboarding of new hires and manage ongoing access of all users to all modules of the application.

We are looking for content marketing interns who are passionate about producing creative video content on social media channels, particularly on TikTok & Instagram, as well as YouTube.

You will be working with the team at iFAST TV, a lifestyle and finance video channel, that produces their own original programmes/series, and assists the various business units within the company with producing advertisements for financial products.

iFAST TV is a division of iFAST Corporation's (SGX: AIY) group of companies, including FSMOne, iFAST Global Markets, iFAST Global Bank, iFAST Central & iFAST Global Prestige.

Responsibilities:

• Content ideation and script writing for social media and YouTube
• Create and develop engaging video content for social media and business objectives
• Direct, record and edit videos suitable for social media
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and reel covers
• Craft social and ad copies for social media
• Record and analyse social media data and statistics, as well as ad performance

Requirements:

• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship
