We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our production operations. In this role, you will assist with various production and warehouse tasks, ensuring that production runs smoothly, inventory is well-managed, and shipments are processed on time. The ideal candidate is organized, a team player, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with the setup and breakdown of production lines, including assembling equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are readily available and production schedules are met.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for delivery according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and updating inventory records.
• Monitor quality control by inspecting products for defects before shipping.
• Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed, including data entry or administrative support.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in production environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and production processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems or data entry is a plus).
