Job Scopes

• Answering client calls to gather necessary information and relay it to the appropriate parties.
• Responding to client emails to obtain complete information and forwarding to the sales team.
• Preparing daily reports.
• Drafting emails to agents.
• Preparing quotations for clients.
• Sourcing cost information.
• Collecting market information.
• Handling all other administrative matters as required.

Requirements:

• Admin or PA experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
• Collaborate with the Director and provide assistance with all aspects of his daily work schedule.
• Manage and coordinate the Director's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Draft high-level presentations, communications, and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and filings.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director to ensure the smooth operation of the office

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task.
