• ASSIST DELIVERY DRIVER TO CHECK & LOAD GOODS UNTO VAN OR TRUCK.

• STACKING INCOMING GOODS ONTO PALLETS AND TRANSPORTING THEM TO THE DESIGNATED SHELF LOCATION.

• REPACKING OF BLISTER PACKS, BUNDLE ND ETC.

• OTHER DUTIES THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE SUPERIOR.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Children and Youth Group (CYG) in The Salvation Army Singapore serves hundreds of vulnerable children and youth yearly. In line with our vision to provide a continuum of care to uplift those in need, our services span from preventive services, foster care and residential services to reunification support services for vulnerable children returning to their natural families after being removed due to safety concerns. RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to caring for children and youths, Children and Youth Group - Gracehaven also runs an Interim Placement and Assessment Centre (IPAC) in the residential home. This temporary care environment will allow children under child protection to be in a safe place while assessment into their needs are undertaken to facilitate their placement in the most appropriate care environment.As an Social Work Assistant in IPAC, you shall work hand-in-hand with the Social Workers to care for children and youth at risk.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on enquiries.
• Arrange access/visits for appointments with clients.
• Ensure administrative upkeep of documents
• Arrange and prepare documents and cases for Review
• Follow up on social worker's assessment and investigation
• Collate information for Social Worker
• Support admission proceedings
• Support clients and follow up on enquiries
• Report writing and meeting recording
• Keep abreast with changes in statutory and centre requirements
• Coordinate with care giving professionals.
• Undertake any other duties as and when required and in consistent with the position

• Diploma from a recognised institution, Diploma in Social Services preferred

Working Hours

Is a 5-day work week and the total work hours is 44 hours per week.

Office Admin Assistant

We are an established mobile game-making and publishing company and we are keen to hire a general Office Admin.

Job Responsibilities:

· Get quotations, track office supplies, purchase and place orders such as computers/laptops, office stationery, pantry snacks & drinks, tissue boxes, meals ordering.

· Coordinating with external vendors for servicing of aircon, delivery of water, replenishment of vending machine’s snacks & drink etc.

· Update and submit Petty cash excel records.

· Check for quotes and arrange for courier/postage services (FedEx, DHL, local courier, postage mailing etc) as and when needed (low transaction).

· In-charge of company asset listing, update/amend the Google Excel sheet as when they there are allocation of assets to new-joiners, retrieval of assets back from resignees, reformat laptops/computers when resignees left the company.

· Send out Grab birthday vouchers to employees in their birthday month.

· Handling and submission of monthly invoices & bills as and when needed. Follow up and update suppliers for payment-related stuff.

· Submission of business agreements such as sales contracts, tenancy agreements, legal contract to Legal colleagues. Coordinate between Legal colleague and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Possess GCE O/A levels or Diploma qualification with 2 or more years in Admin/Office Support;
• Possess teamwork and able to speak fluent AND write good Chinese (hanyu pinyin) so as to liaise with colleagues in China;
• Patient, meticulous and have a keen eye for details to check and prepare documents/paperwork using Excel (must have Excel knowledge such as vlookup, sumif functions);
• Work Location: near Labrador Park MRT (mTower);
• Mon to Fri, 930am to 630pm (2 days work from home, 3 days work from office)
