Key Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Responsible for monitoring and improving work process

§ Ensure safe and efficient operation of material-handling equipment by operations team

§ Take charge and supervise a team of 30

§ Receiving job orders and requirements provided by the customer

§ Plan and schedule production deadline to ensure smooth and timely process flow

§ Interact with the customer on the production activities and deadlines

§ Understand the production process flow and constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency

§ Ensure customer’s queries and/or complaints are investigated and resolved

§ To work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives and sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate

Job Requirements:

§ Relevant working experience in 3PL Logistics Industry will be an added advantage

§ Computer skills

§ Strong language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking customers

§ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

§ Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated
